Refund and Returns Policy

Because our products are health-related consumables, we maintain strict quality and safety standards. Please review our policy below.

1. No Return on Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened, used, or tampered products.

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product/order
  • The product is expired upon delivery

To be eligible, products must remain sealed, unused, and in original packaging.

3. Return Request Window

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Any request made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Proof Required

To process a return or replacement, kindly provide:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos/video showing:
    • The condition of the product on delivery
    • The damage or issue (if applicable)

5. Refund/Replacement Process

Once your return is approved:

  • A replacement product will be sent first where possible.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via original payment method or store credit within 5–7 working days.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Buyer’s remorse or “change of mind”
  • Allergic reactions (please review ingredients carefully before purchase)
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage

7. Delivery Fees

Shipping/Delivery fees are non-refundable.
If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless the error was from our side.

8. Incorrect Delivery Address

If an incorrect delivery address is supplied by the customer, we are not liable for failed delivery or loss and refunds will not apply.
